All bidders agree that Darr Auctions will not be held responsible for any implication of value, errors or omissions in the description or condition of any item/items as this is at the sole discretion of each individual bidder. Bidder understands that if they are bidding online but did not attend any viewing, they are unable to confirm the condition of the merchandise as accurately as they could in person and are agreeing to make full payment regardless of the condition or description of the property. Bidding: Darr Auctions is supplying internet bidding as a service to all bidders who might not have otherwise been able to make a scheduled live auction. Bidder understands that this internet service may or may not function properly during and at the close of the auction. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall any bidder have a claim of any kind against Darr Auctions, the online bidding servicer or anyone else, should the system fail to work correctly at any time. Bidder will not hold Darr Auctions responsible for any missed bids. If bidder does not click 'refresh the catalog', you may think you have the highest bid when in fact you do not. Bidder may wish to use the Maximum Bid option. When you submit your maximum bid, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Another bidder has to increase the current price at which point the computer automatically bids the item up for you in the increments specified until your max bid is reached. Example: (You place a starting bid of $50 with a maximum bid of $200 on an item that is scheduled to go up in $10 increments. If another bidder ups your bid to $60, the computer will automatically bid you in at $70. If no one else bids, at the close of the sale, you will be the winning bidder and owe $70 for the item). Sellers and auction company owners and employees have the right to bid on auction items. Darr Auctions reserves the right to recatalog or withdraw items from this auction. Darr Auctions recommends that you attend the viewing as the winning bidder agrees to purchase the property regardless of the condition or description on said item/items. It is the bidders sole responsibility to confirm the validity and condition of each and every item. Please note that all sales are final with no option to retract your bid. It is the bidder's responsibility to assure the correct amount of your bid on the correct item before clicking 'submit bid'. Once you submit your bid you have entered into a binding contract. NO BIDS CAN BE RETRACTED. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items will be sold 'AS IS' and all sales are final. Pickup: Bidder agrees to pick up all items purchased on the designated pick up date. If bidder purchases a box or any container with multiple items, buyer must take all items home with them. Prior to bidding, make sure that you are able to pick up your items on the scheduled pick up day. If you are unable to pick your items up on the designated date/dates, you must contact us at 507-864-7952 prior to bidding. If you have not contacted us and cannot pick up items on the scheduled pick up date, DO NOT BID. If the successful bidder does not pick up their merchandise or make good on full payment, that bidder will be removed from our system and will no longer be allowed to make bids at our auctions. Extended bidding: Darr Auctions online bidding will offer extended bidding for three minutes. Any lot that receives a bid within three minutes of closing will automatically extend the bidding for an additional 3 minutes. These extensions will continue until the item goes for 3 minutes without any bidding activity at which point the item will be closed. All other lots will continue to close at their normal times.
